Greetings from Alaska! That should give you a hint as to WHY the following is for sale! Since there aren't any bass up here, I can only dream about "days gone by" and fishing with Northland Bassmasters in and around Rice Lake. So... my loss could be your gain! Here you go: LAKE LOT FOR SALE BY OWNER: 1.24 ACRES, 100 FT FRONTAGE, COUNTY LINE LAKE, WASHBURN/SAWYER COUNTIES, BIRCHWOOD, WI. ESPECIALLY if you fish 4 bass, here’s a great lot on a “practice pond” only a few miles from tournament-sized (Big) Lake Chetac! County Line Lake is just 59 acres but 72 feet deep, so it’s bass and panfish ain’t gonna freeze out. There is a small, unimproved public boat landing near the lot, although the lake is restricted to electric motors only. Water clarity is very clear. The lot is nicely wooded but without much brush to clear, and the gentle slope to the lake provides a perfect location for either a cabin or home with a walk-out basement.. If you also hike or hunt, there are 1000’s of acres of county land near the lot. Electric/phone to the property. For more info, text/call Keith at 406-231-4763. Priced to sell at $55,900. Lot 9, Raining Tree Road—the red/white “For Sale by Owner” sign also marks the start of a “flagged” trail down to the lake. There is one low spot where you could get muddy feet, so… come prepared!
